What to Do When You Can't Sleep




Set your alarm clock, then turn off all the lights except a night light.
Get all snug up in a blanket in your bed.
Cuddle up with a book, but if you don't like reading, you can always listen to the radio or watch TV with just a little sound.
Try counting sheep or counting backwards from one hundred.
